So…. we’ve changed our company name! Previously known as Law Matic, we recently discovered that another company with a very similar name exists in the same legal field. Who knew the Corporation Commission would allow two businesses with nearly identical names? While it’s technically legal, we believe in fairness and healthy competition, which is why we’ve made the decision to rebrand.

Why Lomond Legal? We chose Lomond Legal to proudly reflect our roots in Scotland. Lomond is inspired by Loch Lomond, one of Scotland’s most iconic landmarks, symbolizing strength, beauty, and a deep connection to our heritage. So yes, we’re Scottish and proud of it! Our new name brings a touch of home to the work we do while allowing us to continue providing top-tier legal and HR services for businesses across the U.S.
